Availability & scheduling:
Services are subject to practitioner availability and may be unavailable on certain dates. An appointment is required. Please mention your certificate code when booking.

Health questionnaire required:
A completed health questionnaire must be received at the time of scheduling the appointment.

One-time use / must be redeemed in full:
This certificate must be redeemed in one visit and in full. No remaining balance, partial redemptions, or “leftover credit.” No cash value and no cash back.

No exchanges / no transfers:
This certificate is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for other services. Not valid for resale.

Clinical eligibility:
All services are subject to clinical eligibility based on our intake/health questionnaire and practitioner discretion.

If the guest is not eligible for the listed service:
If, after reviewing the health questionnaire, The Raj determines the guest is not eligible for the service listed on this certificate, the certificate will convert (one time) to a Raj credit equal to the amount paid, redeemable only by the original recipient.

Upgrades:
If the guest chooses an eligible upgraded option explicitly allowed by The Raj/IHC at the time of service, the guest may pay the difference. Otherwise, redemption is limited to the service(s) listed above.

Cancellation / no-show:
Cancellations or no-shows will result in the certificate being forfeited and considered redeemed.

Lost or stolen:
Treat like cash. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced and cannot be honored.

Validity / expiration:
This certificate is valid for at least five (5) years from the date of purchase/issue.

Seasonal courtesy:
Certificates redeemed between December 26, 2025 and January 26, 2026 include a complimentary organic gourmet lunch on the day of service.
